Our Sunday School is overjoyed for the opportunity to launch our 2021/22 program on Sunday, October 3! We have been hard at work to preparing to bring this vital program back to our community, and are excited to share our plans with you.

Enroll Your Child In Sunday School Today!

When does Sunday School begin? The first day of Sunday School is October 3, 2021. Classes are from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Should I enroll online or can I register in person? We prefer that our families enroll their children online to ensure that we receive all the necessary information. Also we are asking for a nominal registration fee per child, which can be paid online. All children will receive a custom designed Zip-up Hoodie Sweater with their registration.

Will Sunday School be meeting in person? We join the Sunday Schools of our various sister parishes in the Western Diocese in offering Sunday School in person. We will be complying with all recommended guidelines to ensure a safe space for our children.

Does Sunday School still need volunteers? Thanks to the devoted spirits of our families, several parents have stepped up to take on open positions and we gratified to be able to offer classes for each of our anticipated age groups. However, more volunteers are always welcome, and your support will help our program grow.

How can I learn more about the program? Feel free to reach out to us by emailing Cissy Baloian at cbaloian@comcast.net, or contacting our office. You can also join us for our Sunday School family mixer on Oct. 9 when we’ll share our plans for the coming year with you.

Sunday School Families Mixer on October 9, Joined By Diocesan Primate H.E. Abp. Hovnan Derderian

One of the awesome things about Sunday School are the friendships established between children as well as parents. We’re hosting a mixer for our Sunday School families on October 9 at 4:00 pm. Wine and mezze will be served in the courtyard, and ACYO will organize activities for the children in the hall.

We are excited that we will be joined by our Diocesan Primate His Eminence Abp. Hovnan Derderian for this event, who is looking forward to meeting everyone!

Don’t miss this fun event. RSVP today by contacting the church office at (415) 661–1142.
