St. John has enjoyed the bounty of our garden over the past few weeks, but the time has come to share the wealth. Friday, April 25, the Garden Ministry donated the lettuce harvest to the Martin de Porres House of Hospitality soup kitchen, and on Saturday some of the parishioners volunteered in preparing and serving lunch.

For years, parishioners from St. John Armenian Church have been participating regularly at the St. Martin De Porres Soup Kitchen on the 4th Sunday of every month, under the leadership of sDn. Arto Bedikian. We are now officially establishing our Soup Kitchen Crew so that we can regularly coordinate our church's support for this important service. If you would like to join the Soup Kitchen Crew, click here and sign up!

You can also join our Garden Ministry group, and join Yn. Ani and others every week to learn more about gardening, and help care for our parish garden so that we can continue to educate our children, and donate food for the church and charity. Click here to sign up!
