Armenian Assembly Briefing to the SF Bay Area Armenian Community

Friday, July 27, 2018 - 7:30pm to 9:30pm

The Armenian Assembly of America (Assembly) warmly invites members of the San Francisco Bay Area Armenian community to a reception and briefing, graciously hosted by Saint John Armenian Apostolic Church of San Francisco. The briefing will be delivered by Assembly Executive Director Bryan Ardouny, and Western Region Director Mihran Toumajan.

The briefing will shed light on a wide range of subjects, including the recent civic awakening and democratic developments in Armenia, the security situation in Artsakh, the Assembly's advocacy priorities and initiatives in Washington, DC and Sacramento, and the Assembly's September 24-25, 2018 National Advocacy Conference & Gala in Washington, DC. Having recently returned from a working visit to Armenia where he held meetings with senior government officials and civil society representatives, Mr. Ardouny will share his observations and insights about the "New Armenia."

This event will take place in the Paul Family Fellowship Hall of St. John Armenian Church. A wine and cheese reception commences at 7:30 PM, followed by the briefing and a subsequent Q&A session starting at 8:00 PM. This event is free and open to the public.
