In recent weeks, our St. John Sunday School has hosted several exciting guest speakers, each addressing a variety of topics. As part of our 'Get To Know Our Elders' program, Rita Takvorian shared her family's history and their connection to St. John, alongside insights into their successful business, Haig's Delicacies. On our newly designated 'Deacon's Sundays,' Dn. Kirk Hourdajian delved into the ranks of the clergy, while Dn. Andy Ylitalo emphasized the significance of the Eucharist. Louise Nalbandian led an engaging session on liturgical music, much to the delight of the children. Most recently, Ms. Amharitey Teklehaimanot from St. Michael Eritrean Tewahdo Orthodox Church was invited to enlighten the children about our Oriental Orthodox Sister Churches. Each Sunday offers a unique and enriching experience for the children of St. John Sunday School!
