On Saturday, July 20, 2013, St. John hosted the Summer Family Kef Night. It was a fun evening for the many faithful that attended, young and old. Children played ping-pong, foosball, and other games. Young singles and parents played cards and backgammon, and enjoyed conversation with one another.

The Family Kef Night committee served a filling dinner with delicious foods prepared at home and brought in from outside, as the parish kitchen was still under renovation. During dinner, Sunday School parent Arevik Makasdjian gave a brief presentation about her ongoing personal project to send gently used clothes and toys to families in Nagorno-Karabagh.

St. John parish thanks all of those volunteers that helped make the evening fun for all who participated. Look out for our next Family Kef Night and join in the fun.
