The St. John Internship Program started on Tuesday, July 1st. Ever since then we have gained more hard working interns. The interns registered for this summer are Andrew Boghossian, Enrike Kaltakhtchyan, Josiah Kazarian, Alex Kouyoumdjian, Gayana Saakyan, Allen Torchiyan and Alex Tour Sarkissian. St. John Internship is twice a week every Tuesday and Thursday. Lunch is provided and it is a good way for the St. John youth and young adults to obtain new skills.

We conduct many different types of tasks such as social media management, photo and document scanning, reorganizing, repairing, newsletter assignments and much more. All of our interns enjoy this program and it’s also a good way to earn community service points.

“I really love having the opportunity to work with our interns,” says Father Mesrop, Pastor of St.John Armenian Apostolic Church. “Its an awesome way to strengthen God’s church together,” he continued.

A Few Words from the Interns

“I like it. I like how they really let me do what I like. If I’m interested in organizing they let me do that, if I want to [fix things], they let me.”

- Andrew Boghossian

“So far it’s been pretty interesting I got to use a new website that updates St.John’s social media. It was also fun making a cart for the worm box.”

- Allen Torchiyan

“I like the teamwork and community.”

- Enrike Kaltakhtchyan
